DEC 2006 - AUSREO PROUDLY ANNOUNCES MERGER WITH SYDNEY MESH & STEEL

It is with great pleasure that we announce the merger of Sydney Mesh & Steel Pty Ltd with Ausreo Pty Ltd.

As part of our continued growth and to ensure our Customers receive the professional service they
deserve in the fast paced building industry, we saw it necessary to merge the two businesses.

Sydney Mesh & Steel has many years experience and has been successfully operating for the past
7 years as a family owned business within the building and construction industry of NSW, with
service centres located at Wetherill Park and Penrith.

Both Sydney Mesh & Steel and Ausreo will continue to operate independently from their respective
premises and we see this as an additional benefit to you, the customer, by achieving synergies
in manufacturing and inventory.
